The company and staff is always very helpful

I was so tired of our insurance company constantly increasing the cost of our policies. Since I have changed insurance companies, I have better service & save money!!! I should have done this years ago.

Agent Sandra M Maxwell is the best. Always on top of things, very friendly and kind does not mind how often I need her I know she is always there and willing. Which is more frequently than not, my doing not hers. She does not make me fill like I'm a number to her but like part of the a family. Which for most people, it may not feel proper for me it means a lot. I also work in costumer service I intend to treat my patients as if we are long time friends, rather it is the first time we meet or someone I see regularly. Like my old wise husband says " Don't ask for what you don't give. Respect and kindness." Thank you Sandra for all you do.
