Ray Beaird at Carolina Insurance Group in Garner NC has been my insurance agent for the 5 years. He has both my home and auto. Somehow, he gets my insurance premiums to go down almost every year. He picks up the phone every time I call with a question as well, and if I need to meet with him, he is there within 24 hours--usually same day though. I use Ray myself and so do many of my clients.
